Skate off the Weight

Roller skating has been around for quite some time. Another thing that has been around for quite some time is the key to maintaining a healthy weight relates directly to diet and exercise. The American Heart Association states that, “Adults need at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week to see the health benefits of physical activity such as lower blood pressure, improved bone health, weight maintenance after weight loss, better sleep, and more energy.”
