Having a fundraiser at Roller Kingdom is a great way to make some money for your organization. You just pay us for the rink rental and then you are free to charge the customers what you like. Usually the organization will have the customers pay us directly for the skate rentals which are an additional $3. We will set up a table for you at the entrance where you can collect the money. We will also give you a gift certificate for a Deluxe birthday party package for 10 kids that you can raffle off. These parties have proved successful for many different organizations such as schools, scouts, religious groups, athletic teams, and so on.
We have a great program to help you out: If 60 skate rentals or more are rented we will give you 10% back of the proceeds from the rink rental cost, the snack bar income, and the skate rental income from the night!
2 hours is the most popular time length for the fundraisers. It is easy to make up the cost of the rink rental. Most organizations will charge between $7 – $10 for admission. The most popular time slot is either 5:30-7:30 pm or 6:00-8:00 pm on weeknights.
Not only is it good for the organization, it is a great activity for the kids. Roller skating is great exercise and will keep the guests active. We have roller skates and roller blades available for rentals. We also have many activities throughout the parties such as races, karaoke, hokey pokey, and 4 corners.
