How long does our party go for?
Your tables are reserved for the entire session! You may have your party for any time you choose.
Can we bring in food?
Sorry, no. You are allowed to bring in a cake or cupcakes if you have a birthday party package with us.
Can I bring in balloons?
Yes that is fine. Many people tie the balloons onto the legs of the tables.
When do I have to tell you the final count of kids expected?
Unless the number changes by 5 or more from your original estimate, we will just figure out all of that on the day of the party. We will keep track of the kids that come in and you will only be charged for those that come. (minimum of 10)
Does the birthday child count towards the number of people I am expecting?
Yes.
Do you supply the paper goods?
Yes.
How are the activities planned throughout the day?
When you come to the prize shop to pay for your party we will set up your time to eat. There are activities such as races, karaoke, and the Hockey Pokey that the kids will be able to participate in throughout the day.
What do the goody bags consist of?
The goody bags have a voucher worth 400 tickets in them. The child can then come to the prize center and fill it up with goodies they choose.
How does laser tag work?
Laser Tag is done throughout the session in a separate area from the skating. The kids take off their skates about 10 minutes before the laser tag time. They do not need to return their skate rentals to get their shoes. They can just play in socks. They can leave their skates at the party tables. We call them over the microphone when it is time for them to go to their game.
Can we add Laser Tag the day of the party?
Yes, that is usually easy to do. However, it would be better if you can tell us beforehand. Laser Tag is $4 per person and you will only get charged for the kids who play.
What time do we eat?
When it seems like all of your guests have arrived or are sure of the total number of guests that are coming you can come up to the prize shop and this is when you pay for your party and set up a time to eat.
Can we use our own skates or blades?
Yes.
How much is it for parents of the guests to stay?
It is free for their admission and $3 for them to rent skates. It is free admission and free skate rentals for the parents of the birthday child.
When do I pay?
On the day of the party. When you think all of the guests have arrived or are sure of the total number of guests that are coming. Your deposit will be credited to you bill.
What are the covid restrictions?
– Unfortunately we are not allowed to do karaoke now.
– Tables will be spaced out.
– Candles are not allowed to be blown out.
